Mary R. Apol, M.Ed., LPC            

Mary Apol has been a staff therapist at Grace Counseling Ministries since 1999.  She works with children, adolescents, and adults in individual, marital and family counseling. 

Her previous experience in a hospital setting and in various social service agencies has provided Mary with a comprehensive range of skills that she brings to bear on each client's issues.

Mary's areas of expertise include self-esteem, anger, depression, anxiety issues, adolescent problems, various types of abuse, and addictions.

"If, through the Holy Spirit, I can help one person to understand their emotional pain and move beyond it by equipping them with life skills and increasing their resilience, then I feel I'm using my gifts in the way that God intended," says Mary.

By integrating Christian principles, she is able to bring hope and healing to people in distress.
